The Queermunity Space at the ILGA Asia Conference 2025 is a vibrant and inclusive hub where attendees can connect, collaborate, and celebrate the diversity of the LGBTQI community. Designed to foster meaningful engagement, this dedicated space offers opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and relationship-building among activists, organizations, and allies. Whether you’re looking to exchange ideas, showcase initiatives, or simply find a welcoming place to recharge, the Queermunity Space is here to support and amplify our collective voices.

Registrations are now closed as we have reached full capacity for the space. We still encourage everyone to exchange resources in the “Table for all” and or share them when you network in the Queermunity space.

A Table for All

A Table For All is a designated space at the ILGA Asia Conference 2025 where participants can freely share and exchange materials, resources, and tools. This initiative is designed to foster knowledge sharing, encourage collaboration, and highlight the diverse expertise and creativity within the LGBTIQ community.

    The ILGA Asia Conference 2025 Photowall is a vibrant space where participants can capture and celebrate moments of solidarity, resilience, and pride. Designed as a visual centerpiece of the conference, it reflects the diversity and strength of the LGBTIQ movement in Asia. Attendees are invited to take photos, share messages of empowerment, and leave their mark on this collective tapestry of advocacy and community. Let this wall be a testament to our shared struggles, victories, and unwavering commitment to equality.

  • The Community that knows how to love

    The Hugging Station Photo Booth is designed to capture the warmth, inclusivity, and support of our community. It aims to celebrate love, connection, and solidarity through the simple yet powerful act of a hug. This interactive experience encourages attendees to express their affection for one another while creating memories and promoting a culture of care and unity.


  • I am Here and Queer

    "I Am Here and Queer" is a creative and interactive board designed to celebrate the diverse identities of LGBTIQ individuals at the ILGA Asia Conference 2025. The activity invites participants to engage in a visual representation of themselves by drawing or decorating human figures and writing their names, affirming their presence and pride within the space.

    What’s Happening in Asia

    The "What’s Happening in Asia?" interactive map is an engaging activity designed to encourage ILGA Asia Conference 2025 participants to reflect on and visualize the diverse realities of LGBTIQ rights across the region. This dynamic tool fosters dialogue, awareness, and collective understanding by mapping out issues, challenges, and progress in various countries.


  • Human and Arts

    A large board or wall will be displayed at the conference venue, where participants can add images, information, and stories about their favorite queer Asian artists from various art forms—such as visual arts, music, performance, literature, theater, and film.
